What is KukClean Wholesome store?

Kukclean is your virtual community store which provides Premium, Healthy, Clean, Sustainable, and Wholesome Plant-based/vegan food products, which is preservative-free, right at your doorstep. Kukclean has sellers from all over India and provides products at discounted rates. We also continuously provide health tips and recipes to our customers.

When does the form open?

The form is open on all days except Wednesday (for maintenance).

When is the cut off for placing orders and when will I get the delivery?

Order twice a week:
Breads, Snacks, Cookies, Cakes, and Chocolates (Sellers – Rath Cafe, Mitti Cafe)
Order cut off 10 PM Saturday | Delivery by 6 PM Tuesday (3 days)
Order cut off 10 PM Tuesday| Delivery by 6 PM Friday (3 days)

Order once a week:
Pomegranate-extract based products (Seller – Maduban)
Order cut off 10 PM Monday | Delivery before Tuesday of next week (8 days)

Breakfast Mixes (Seller – KuKClean)
Order cut off 10 PM Monday | Delivery by 6 PM Friday (4 days)

Dry fruits, Seeds, Nuts (Seller – PureMart – sourced from Jammu & Kashmir)
Order cut off 10 PM Tuesday | Delivery before Friday of Next Week (10 days)

What is the delivery fee and minimum order?

There is no minimum amount for an order. However, a nominal delivery fee of INR 30 will be applied for any orders below INR 300.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes, an invoice is generated for every order and will be sent before delivery. on the email address shared on the form.

I did not receive my invoice?

Invoices are emailed on the email address provided at the time of filling the form. Please check if you have provided the correct email address. You will receive the email from “hellokukclean@gmail.com”, kindly check your spam folder and mark it as “not spam”.

I am not happy with the quality of the product/ the product is spoilt. What should I do?

All our products are natural, preservative-free and grown without pesticides, which means they have a shorter shelf life than other store brought products. Kindly refrigerate wet products. For any feedback please WhatsApp us on 9880650049 or email us at hello@kukclean.com with product photos. If the product is spoilt, we can provide a replacement/refund, kindly reach out to us immediately. Please note replacement/refund will be provided if the complaint is raised within 7 days of delivery of the product.

What Products are currently available on the store?

We have a range of Whole food, plant-based/vegan products onboarded to our store. We currently have fresh apples from Jammu, dry fruits, nuts and seeds from Jammu; Fresh breads, cakes and cookies; special pomegranate-extract based edible and personal care products.
