Eat breakfast like a king

Lunch like a prince

Dinner like pauper…

I guess this was the saying which we have all heard about …

And we eat breakfast like a king.

But here is what Natural laws says –

Eat a mono fruit meal to start your day.

Why?

Mornings are the time  when the body is busy in the elimination process  vigorously. The dinner which we ate at night gets assimilated ( digested and absorbed) as much as the body needs it and now the waste material or toxins should be removed.

While the alimentary organs are still busy eliminating ( Bowel movement, urine and sweat from exercise, breathing out ) the waste and toxins from the body , if we dump heavy food during breakfast, the elimination process stops because now the body’s energy is diverted to digest the latest food.  Digestion of the food becomes priority and the elimination process becomes secondary.

Result  – Indigestion, constipation which would lead to other issues.

Eating a simple fruit meal as breakfast reduces the burden on alimentary organs and they concentrate more on elimination.

  1. Ripe fruits are pre-digested food provided by nature and hence need less bodily energy to digest them.
  2. Eating one type of fruit is highly recommended as each fruit needs different enzymes and digestive juices to get digested. So when a fruit salad with a variety of fruits is consumed in a single meal, it confuses the body. If you mix all the lego pieces in one box and ask your child to play, she will not like the idea as finding what she needs will be difficult.
  3. In case you get bored and sometimes want to deviate then you can mix two fruits but try to mix seasonal fruits of similar category.

                a)  Sweet fruits like Apple, pear can be mixed

                b) Melons can be mixed with melons 

                c) Citric fruits can be mixed.

Please note this combination has to be very occasional and should not become a habit. 

Think about it, Mother nature has given us each fruit separately for a reason. It wants us to appreciate and enjoy the juicy taste of each fruit. If it wanted us to mix fruits it would have made fruits where half of it was apple and another half was pear.

The closer we are to Mother Nature, the more we follow the laws of nature, subtler is our life. We live a disease free life.
